If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, please return the unused item within 30 days of shipment, and we'll gladly exchange your purchase or refund your purchase price. All shipping costs of returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. If, however, it is deemed to be a used item which you are attempting to return, it will be returned to you by means of the same carrier which you used, and you will be billed for such fees incurred in the return.
